These priority deadlines reflect a need for logistical coordination/facilitation of accommodation. Requests can be submitted after the priority deadline, but implementation may not be guaranteed.
August 18: Classes begin for NTC students. All students should activate existing academic accommodations and coordinate accommodations, as needed.
September 1: University closed for Labor Day.
October 3: Priority deadline to request accommodations around registration.
October 15: Priority deadline for housing accommodations for Spring 2026. All future requests will be considered on a rolling basis.
October 17: Final day to Withdraw or change grading rules to Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory.
November 3: Registration begins for Spring 2026.
November 14: Priority deadline for School of Law students to request accommodations for Fall 2025 final exams.
November 27, 28: University closed for Thanksgiving Break
December 2: FINAL EXAM SCHEDULING DEADLINE. STUDENTS MUST SCHEDULE ACCOMMODATED FINAL EXAMS THROUGH GOLDMAN CENTER PORTAL. NO EXEMPTIONS.
December 8-13: Final exam period. The Goldman Center will reduce operations in meeting with students in order to accommodate final exams.
December 24 – January 4: University Offices Closed; Will Reopen Monday, January 5th
Spring 2026 - PROPOSED DATES, Pending Academic and HRL Calendars
January 5: University reopens from Winter Break
January 16: PRIORITY DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING REQUESTS FOR HOUSING ACCOMMODATIONS for Fall 2026. All future requests will be considered on a rolling basis.
