If you have been approved for reasonable accommodations by the Goldman Center (students) or the Executive Director for Campus Accessibility & ADA/504 Coordinator (faculty and staff), but you are dissatisfied with the implementation of those accommodations, please follow the procedure below to address your concerns.

Step 1: Informal Resolution

Students

The first step for students is to contact the Goldman Center by phone at 504-862-8433 or e-mail at goldman@tulane.edu and describe the nature of your concern.

A Goldman Center staff member will work with you, any relevant department, faculty or staff members, and any relevant students to resolve your concern in a reasonable and equitable manner. The informal process is interactive and case specific; it requires consideration of each individual's disability, essential functions of academic programs and courses, and university policies and practices.

Faculty and Staff

The first step for employees of the university is to contact the Executive Director for Campus Accessibility & ADA/504 Coordinator by phone at 504-247-1751 or e-mail at kfernandez@tulane.edu and describe the nature of your concern.

The ADA/504 Coordinator will work with you, any relevant department, faculty or staff members, and any relevant students to resolve your concern in a reasonable and equitable manner. The informal process is interactive and case specific; it requires consideration of each individual's disability, essential functions of the individual's role or position at the university, and university policies and practices.

Step 2: Contact the Office of Institutional Equity (OIE)
